At the March 2 meeting of the Natick Woman's Club the program was "Appraisal Day: Antiques and Collectibles." Local appraiser Sherry Cohen gave a talk on the topic of how vintage items are appraised, bought, and sold. Members brought in various items for Sherry's assessment. She offered useful tips on what clues an item may provide to give an indication of its value. Sherry is the owner of Up Your Attic, based in Framingham, where she buys, sells, appraises antiques and also does consignments.
